3. Standard Metrics: $20M B, 8VC, customer-funded stack

4. HITAI × Quell: YC studio IP, no number
EU-Startups reported on August 31 that London’s HITAI acquired technology and IP from Quell (Impact console, Shardfall, camera-less motion models). Quell’s 2023 Series A was €8.63 million led by Tencent; backers include YC and Khosla. This deal’s terms were not disclosed. We did not find a company blog to use as primary. No entity page.
