No professional advice

Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice. Do not treat directory data, estimates, articles, or tools as a recommendation to invest, pitch, or refrain from acting. You are responsible for verifying facts with primary sources before you rely on them.

Accuracy, estimates, and staleness

Content may be incomplete, estimated, or out of date. Company, fund, and deal facts change after publication. Check-size bands and similar figures may be estimates; how we label them is described in our methodology. We do not warrant that any page is complete, current, or error-free.

Editorial process and AI

AI tools may assist with research, outlining, and drafting. Humans decide what we publish. We do not claim that pages are written without AI, and we do not claim that machines publish without review. Intellectual property

We own the site’s original copy, structure, original article covers, and the compiled presentation of the directory. Facts are not owned by anyone, including us.

Third-party names, trademarks, logos, and cited articles remain their owners’. A link or a short attributed quotation is not a license to reuse their content, marks, or artwork.

Agent Markdown mirrors and JSON APIs republish our pages. They are not a republication of third-party articles.

Corrections and content removal

If you find an error, use corrections or the contact page. Rights holders who want content reviewed or removed should use the contact form subject Content removal request (content-removal-request) or email contact@venturecapitaltracker.com. We review requests when practicable. Linking to a public source is not an admission of infringement.

Watchlist

The watchlist is stored only in your browser. We do not operate user accounts or sync saved profiles to a server.

Changes
