TechCrunch, citing Bloomberg, said Nscale is in talks for about $3.5 billion of pre-IPO financing — $1.5 billion of convertible notes plus $2 billion from Nvidia. Not a priced equity close. The Information, via TechCrunch: the $103 billion revenue figure is projected lease revenue, not current sales.
