Levanta Raises $22M Series B for Creator-Driven Shopping
Levanta raised a $22M Series B led by Volition Capital in August 2026 to extend creator and affiliate sales beyond Amazon. How the model differs from Whop.
By Venture Capital Tracker
Levanta announced a $22 million Series B on August 27, 2026, led by returning investor Volition Capital. The funding takes its announced total capital raised beyond $43 million and supports expansion from Amazon affiliate marketing to other retail marketplaces.
How does Levanta work?
A retailer selling a product wants people to recommend it. A creator with an audience wants to earn from those recommendations. Levanta provides software to connect them, track attributed sales, arrange product samples and manage payments.
For example, a creator reviews a kitchen appliance and provides a tracked link. If someone purchases through that link, a commission may be paid. Levanta helps sellers see what they spent on creator partnerships and which sales were attributed to those relationships.
Its company announcement says it can reach more than 90,000 vetted creators and reports 80% year-over-year revenue growth. These are company-provided figures; neither reveals net profit or how much sales would have happened without the campaign.
Is Levanta a competitor to Whop?
Only partly. Levanta monetizes recommendations of other companies' products; Whop helps entrepreneurs sell their own products, services and memberships. Both include affiliate or referral tools, but the customer need is different.
A seller of physical goods on Amazon might evaluate Levanta against affiliate and influencer-marketing platforms such as impact.com. A course creator who wants one place to sell membership and content is more likely to compare Whop with Skool or Kajabi.
What does the $22M funding say?
Investors are funding infrastructure that makes creator-led commerce easier to measure and operate. Levanta says the new capital will be used for additional retail marketplace integrations and expansion, including internationally.
The key test is whether merchants earn enough incremental sales to justify commissions, platform fees, discounts and the cost of managing creators. Affiliate-reported sales are not automatically additional sales.
