Valencia-based iPronics announced a $125 million Series B on September 2, 2026, co-led by Maverick Silicon and Light Street Capital, with Nvidia joining. Total funding is now $177 million. Valuation was not disclosed. The product is a silicon-photonics optical circuit switch for AI clusters, not a GPU.
Palo Alto Networks announced on September 1, 2026 that it has acquired Console, a Thrive- and DST-backed IT-agent startup. Terms were not in the press release. TechCrunch, citing two people, said $500 million in cash and stock versus a $157 million PitchBook last mark and $29 million raised.

Frontier Computing disclosed a $10 million YC S26 pre-seed led by General Catalyst — Frogger is the demo, 500 million neurons is a plan.
