## 1. Adaptyv: $40M, no mark, the lab behind the models

[Adaptyv](/startup/adaptyv) announced **$40 million** Series A on **August 25**. **Highland Europe** led. ## 2. Clerky → Stripe: announced, unpriced, not the OpenRouter deal

## 3. Standard Metrics: $20M B, 8VC, customer-funded stack

[Standard Metrics](/startup/standard-metrics) posted **$20 million** Series B on **August 24**. [8VC](/fund/8vc) led. [Spark](/fund/spark-capital) participated. ## 4. HITAI × Quell: YC studio IP, no number

EU-Startups reported on **August 31** that London’s HITAI acquired **technology and IP** from Quell (Impact console, Shardfall, camera-less motion models).
